The guest house garden veiw has 2 bedrooms for 4 people and 1 children (charing the room with the parents). VERY IMPORTANT: the second room is upstairs and has an independent access though an external stairs. 2 Rooms are not INSUITE (see a picture of the stairs).
The house has a private access to the beach and you will share the beach with the guests of the villa ocean front. We have 10 loundges on the beach and 1 hammock. The property has a private access to the cenote cross a street.
2 king size bed and 1 sofa (for 1 children under 12 years old will share the room).
1 bathroom with shower.
1 fridge bar
1 coffee machine (filter)
1 purified water dispenser.
